Our store is closed while we get ready to welcome everyone back. These policies will apply when we reopen.

Shipping policy

All items ship weekly on Mondays via USPS Priority Mail, with a two-day processing window to make each Monday shipment. You'll receive tracking as soon as your label is printed. Every order is packed by hand in our family garden, and we do our best to get your new babies to you as soon as possible. If anything doesn't meet your needs, reach out and we'll do our absolute best to make it right.

Return & exchange policy
